The Royal ICC is one of Queensland’s largest convention and exhibition centres featuring 4,000 square metres of event space for hire.
The Royal International Convention Centre (Royal ICC) has been awarded Green Globe Certification, making it one of the most environmentally sustainable event venues of its kind in the nation.
How to enter the Royal ICC:
The main entrance is located on Gregory Terrace, with convenient access via public transport, rideshare drop-off zones, and onsite parking available through the Brisbane Showgrounds. Attendees can follow conference signage and staff directions upon arrival for registration and entry to the main plenary and exhibition areas. Accessible entry points are available throughout the venue, ensuring all delegates have a comfortable and seamless arrival experience.
Directions and parking:
The Brisbane Showgrounds is conveniently located just 1.5km from the Brisbane CBD in Bowen Hills and 15 minutes from Brisbane Airport.
Public transport
Train – Bowen Hills and Fortitude Valley train stations are less than a 10 minute walk from the Brisbane Showgrounds.
Bus: Buses access the streets surrounding the Brisbane Showgrounds regularly. The main bus stops are located on Bowen Bridge Road outside The Old Museum and on St Pauls Terrace near King Street. You can also choose to ride the CityGlider buses, which provide high-frequency transport from West End to Teneriffe and Ashgrove to Stones Corner, while the free City Loop bus service is perfect for exploring the CBD.

Royal ICC offer three undercover parking facilities with a total capacity of more than 1,100 vehicles.
