3 Days of inspiring and though provoking sessions

Day One – Meeting the moment
The conference opened with energy and purpose, setting the stage for bold conversations about the future of aged care. Leaders from across the country gathered to confront the challenges of reform, innovation and workforce transformation, grounding discussions in the reality of today while inspiring a vision for tomorrow.

Launching the new Career Pathways Framework and exploring the potential of technology, governance, and collaboration, Day One captured the spirit of meeting the moment — one defined by courage, connection and possibility.

Day Two – Shaping ideas into action

Day Two took delegates deeper, inviting them to explore new models of care, global perspectives and the systems needed to drive real change. Through interactive panels, immersive fishbowl discussions and the Continuum of Ageing 2050 project, attendees co-created ideas that will shape the sector’s long-term direction.

It was a day of exploration and imagination one that challenged assumptions, celebrated innovation and reminded us that transformation happens when vision meets collaboration.

Day Three – Shaping the future together

The final day brought reflection, momentum and resolve. From Layne Beachley AO’s inspiring keynote on resilience and purpose, to thought-provoking discussions on governance, design, data and regulation, the focus shifted from ideas to action.

Delegates left united by a shared sense of optimism and responsibility ready to lead the sector forward with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
