Carolyn Bell serves as the Executive Director, KinCare and Transition & Integration at Silverchain Group, overseeing strategic and operational management portfolios in health and aged care services since March 2020.  Previously, Carolyn held several executive roles at Epworth from March 2015 to February 2020, leading operations for Victoria’s largest private hospital, focusing on clinical leadership and strategic planning.  Throughout her career, Carolyn has also managed operations and clinical leadership portfolios at Breast Screen Victoria and the Royal Women’s hospital.

Carolyn holds a Masters in Business Management from Monash university and a degree in Applied Science (nursing) from LaTrobe university.  Carolyn is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management (ACHSM) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
