Alan Morrison is the Chief Executive of ECH, South Australia’s largest retirement living and in-home care provider, commencing in January 2026. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the health sector, spanning hospital, allied health, superannuation and professional services organisations.​

He also serves as Deputy Chair of HESTA Super Fund. Across these roles, Alan has developed a reputation for innovative and insightful leadership, finding original solutions to complex challenges and guiding organisations through periods of industry-wide change and uncertainty.​

At ECH, Alan leads an 800-strong team that supports more than 7,000 older South Australians to live independently at home or in one of ECH’s 109 retirement villages, wellness centres and in-home services across Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills and Victor Harbor. He is committed to fostering a strong, positive culture and delivering better outcomes for customers, staff and partners, strengthening ECH’s position as an industry-leading provider of retirement living and care.​
