Alice Chen is a dedicated immigration professional with a passion for supporting aged care providers in addressing workforce challenges through effective migrant workforce strategies. By collaborating with advisors in workforce planning and talent management, Alice has gained a deep and broad understanding of the migration and workforce issues within the aged care sector. With over 18 years of experience as an immigration solicitor specialising in Australian immigration law, Alice takes pride in providing practical solutions and strategic advice to meet diverse immigration needs. Navigating the complex and regulated immigration framework, Alice guides clients through advantageous visa pathways, from temporary work visas to permanent residency. Her expertise encompasses labour agreements, including the Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement, regional DAMAs, and on-hire arrangements, as well as leveraging regional skilled migration programs. Balancing the human aspect of immigration with the strategic workforce needs of businesses, Alice strives to deliver outcomes that benefit individuals, families, and employers alike.
