Amber has facilitated numerous local and international reviews, delivering pragmatic recommendations and solutions for operators.

Her work includes financial analysis, benchmarking, market feasibility, service model development and financial modeling for aged care and retirement living projects. Amber has been instrumental in piloting several research projects in collaboration with peak Australian and New Zealand aged care industry bodies which have been aimed at improving the lives of older people.
