Anwar started his career as a Scientific Programmer in the Mineral Exploration industry in WA before he moved into Business Applications, and subsequently founded Martian Logic.

Martian Logic is a human resources information solution. They have over 500 clients in Australia and NZ and have just opened an office in Austin, Texas in the US expansion.
