A partner in Grant Thornton’s Corporate Finance division, Ashley has over 20 years experience advising both local and multinational companies.  He also has 5 years of industry exposure in CFO and senior finance roles, which affords him a unique perspective and breadth of experience.

Ashley’s 5 years of industry experience included almost 2 years as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Healthscope. This role placed him at the centre of the Group’s financial, operating and strategic activities,  and afforded him a view over operational and capital matters.

Ashley also has a significant depth of Health care M&A experience having assisted Prestige Inhome Care’s acquisition of Omni Care and completed due diligence on a large number of day hospital, medical centre and medical testing acquisitions.
