Catherine’s extensive and successful career spans 35 years working across the health, ageing and community services sectors. She has undertaken diverse roles and responsibilities including frontline clinical practitioner work, program and service delivery management, and senior leadership and executive positions. Throughout her years of service, she has gained a deep understanding and appreciation of the complexities and challenges that abound in providing acute and non- acute service provision to the aged, terminally ill and vulnerable populations across WA, including regional and remote communities. Catherine is committed to evidence-based practice, person centred care and quality service provision and her expertise extends to palliative care, chronic and complex disease management, neurological disorders such as dementia, end-of-life, and aged related functional decline. She has a Dip Nursing (RN), a BA Psychology (Hons), Masters Applied Psychology, and Masters in Thanatology.
