Conrad’s economic practice crosses expert evidence in litigation, strategic economic analysis, business cases, program evaluations, social impact assessments, organisational strategy and economic development.
Conrad is an experienced executive and director, having led significant organisational establishments, developments and turnarounds in primarily the health, justice and community services sectors.
Conrad is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts (UK) and the Australian Institute of Management. He holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame Australia and Curtin University, and has undertaken executive and further education with the Governance Institute of Australia, Australian Institute of Company Directors, University of California, Los Angeles and University of Oxford.
