Digitalisation of the Finance Function in Aged Care
Damon is a strategic leader with extensive experience in financial and operational management. He currently serves as CFO and COO at Weel, one of Australia’s fastest-growing fintech companies. He has been instrumental in the company’s growth, now processing over $500m in transactions annually, and works closely with finance teams at many non-profits across Australia.
Prior to joining Weel, Damon spent over a decade at Citi, most recently as Director of Investment Banking, advising boards and senior executives at leading companies and overseeing over $20 billion in capital raisings and strategic transactions. He also brings experience in corporate governance and the non-profit sector, having served as a Non-Executive Director at Bubup Womindjeka Family and Children’s Centre, Deakin University, and the Youth Affairs Council of Victoria.
Damon holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce.
