David leads the development of Bethanie’s internal capabilities, processes, and management systems to adapt to changing customer needs and the evolving aged care industry. He brings a wealth of experience in business transformation and cultural change, having held senior leadership roles in information technology, financial services, government administration, and healthcare.

Since joining Bethanie, David has made significant improvements in both colleague and customer experiences. He has achieved this through a collaborative and structured approach, focusing on digital innovation, and platform consolidation.

David holds an Economics degree from Macquarie University, a Master of Business Administration from Curtin University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
