Emma leads the Digital Reform Branch within the Ageing and Aged Care Group, of Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. Emma is responsible driving implementation and improvements to data and digital systems. Founded on a breadth of experience working as a health professional and consultant in Australia and the United Kingdom, over the past decade Emma has successfully lead policy development and implementation across areas of national reform. Recent examples of this across data and digital innovation include Star Ratings, Quality Indicators, the Government Provider Management System (GPMS), Business to Government (B2G) and supporting implementation of the Aged Care Act 2024.
