Esteban arrived in Australia from Argentina in 2015 to lead a global provider of renal care to patients with chronic kidney disease in Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to arriving in Australia, Esteban was the Finance Director for Latin America and acted as Chief Executive Officer for companies based in Argentina and Uruguay. In 2018, Esteban and his family moved to the Northern Territory for the role of Chief Financial Officer with Anglicare NT, where he gained invaluable experience in the NDIS, social and age care services. Esteban collaborated on strategies for service delivery, including age care and monitored quality of delivery, risk and financial performance.
Esteban became captivated by Tasmania’s culture, geography, and its people during many visits to the island state until he and his wife decided Tasmania would be their place to live and retire. Esteban’s passion for caring for our senior citizens led him to join Southern Cross Care Tasmania as a director and then as its CEO, which he has embraced with full heart.
