Frank Price joined RFBI over 19 years ago as Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and in 2013 became the Chief Operating Officer. In 2016, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer where he continues to be an advocate for improving the care and quality of life for all senior Australians and recognising the essential role our aged care staff play.

Prior to joining RFBI, Frank was Corporate Services Manager at The Flagstaff Group, a not-for-profit organisation that provides services to people with disabilities. He was previously a councillor on the Illawarra Branch Council for CPA Australia assisting local CPAs with their personal development and is currently on the Ageing Australia NSW and ACT State Member Council.

He has established a track record of developing business strategy, delivering on the organisational mission, driving growth and implementing change in building and improving operational outcomes for over 3,000 residents and 2,300 staff at RFBI.
