Gabriella brings more than 20 years’ experience across government, health, aged care, community services and international organisations, with a strong background in policy, reform and strategic leadership. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside governments, providers, peak bodies, community organisations and consumers to navigate complex reform, strengthen partnerships and improve the systems and services that support people and communities.
Her experience spans leadership roles across the Western Australian public sector, the World Health Organization and the Australian Red Cross Blood Service, where she worked with governments, international agencies and communities across Australia and the Asia-Pacific to strengthen health systems and translate policy into practical outcomes.
Gabriella is passionate about improving the lives of older Australians and supporting a strong, sustainable aged care sector. She believes lasting change comes from bringing people together across sectors, listening to diverse perspectives and working collaboratively to deliver practical, meaningful reform. She looks forward to working alongside members, governments and sector partners to help shape policy, strengthen advocacy and support better outcomes for older people across Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
