Ida Fjelldal is a Workforce and Skills Officer with the Industry Skills Advisory Council NT (ISACNT), supporting workforce development and skills planning across the Northern Territory. She works particularly across Early Education, Health and Human Services, engaging with industry, employers, training providers and other stakeholders to identify workforce challenges and develop skills solutions.

Ida contributes to initiatives focused on workforce planning, skills development, career pathways and industry engagement. Her work includes supporting conversations around workforce shortages, training needs and emerging skills, helping ensure education and training pathways respond to the current and future needs of the Territory.

Through her role at ISACNT, Ida is passionate about strengthening connections between industry, education and the community and supporting a skilled, sustainable workforce across the Northern Territory.
