Diversity and inclusion: A foundation for quality care – panel session
Jarin Ingram-Baigent is a Wiradjuri woman and CEO of Wyanga Aboriginal Aged Care Program in Redfern. She leads one of Sydney’s longest-standing Aboriginal-led aged care services, delivering culturally safe, high-quality care to Elders. Jarin is also Chairperson of the Redfern Aboriginal Alliance and was a finalist in the 2022 NSW Premier’s Awards for Aboriginal Woman of the Year. Her work is grounded in community, cultural integrity, and a deep commitment to Aboriginal self-determination.
