Johan Locke is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience across Australia, the UK, and South Africa. Renowned for driving innovative, customer-centric solutions, he has successfully led global teams in delivering transformative results in financial services and aged care.
As Head of AI and Assistive Technology Projects at Australian Multicultural Community Services (AMCS), Johan integrates advanced technology into home care, improving service quality and efficiency. Previously, he served as Director of Insights and Data at Capgemini, overseeing a large team of consultants, spearheading cloud transitions, and implementing AI-driven solutions.
Johan holds a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence (Georgia Tech) and an MBA (University of South Africa). Certified by Oracle and Microsoft as a Data Scientist, his expertise spans AI, machine learning, and enterprise architecture. Passionate about leveraging technology to address complex challenges, Johan’s strategic leadership continues to shape impactful innovations in aged care and beyond.
