Joy Scott is a Registered Nurse with more than 40 years of nursing experience, including over 25 years working across the Northern Territory. With a background in emergency and trauma nursing, Joy has extensive experience in acute care, clinical decision-making, patient safety, and multidisciplinary service delivery.

For the past four years, Joy has worked in aged care and currently serves as Clinical Governance and Risk Manager with ARRCS, leading initiatives focused on quality, safety, risk management, and continuous improvement across residential, community and remote aged care services.

Joy is passionate about supporting frontline teams, strengthening clinical systems, and improving outcomes for older people. She is also an active member of the Northern Territory Advance Care Planning Community of Practice.
