Kelly is proud to be a Miriuwung Gajerrong woman from the Dulbung clan, born and raised on Nyikina Country.

Kelly Clark is Chairperson of the Palliative Care NT (PCNT) Top End Branch and Deputy President of the PCNT Executive Council, contributing to these roles in a voluntary capacity. She has 20 years’ experience across Australian Government, health, community, and NT Government programs, including 15 years living and working in the Northern Territory and extensive experience supporting regional and remote communities. Kelly has expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, contract management, service improvement and, more recently, workforce development in palliative care.

Through her voluntary involvement with PCNT, Kelly is passionate about strengthening palliative care across the Northern Territory, particularly improving access for people living in rural and remote communities and supporting culturally responsive and Aboriginal-led approaches to care. She is committed to building connections across the palliative care, health, aged care, disability and community sectors to support better outcomes for people, families, and communities.
