Diversity and inclusion: A foundation for quality care – panel session
As the Director of Uncomplicated Consulting, I specialise in transforming conflict into productive dialogue and creating meaningful change in organisations. With almost two decades of experience in the health and social services sectors, my career has been built on a deep commitment to fairness, transparency, and best practice in regulation, policy development, and complaint management.
I bring a wealth of expertise in restorative engagement approaches, particularly within the aged care sector, and have a proven track record of helping organisations resolve complex issues by focusing on empathy, communication, and trust-building. Whether facilitating high-stakes conversations, conducting investigations, or providing strategic consulting, I offer tailored solutions that simplify the complexities of organisational challenges.
My professional journey spans various sectors, including health, social services, fire and emergency services and federal, state and local government. I support organisations in navigating conflict and fostering stronger teams by blending my lived experience with deep professional expertise. I am particularly skilled in guiding teams through difficult transitions and creating lasting improvements in workplace culture.
In addition to my consulting work, I serve as a Non-Executive Director at Accessible Diversity Services Initiative, where I provide governance and strategic oversight. In this role, I help drive the organisation’s mission to deliver inclusive services to diverse communities, drawing on my extensive background in social policy and stakeholder engagement.
