Kristian Wynn is the Director of Regulatory Strategy at the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. He has spent the last three years working in collaboration with the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing on the design and development of the new regulatory framework that commenced on 1 November 2025 with the Aged Care Act 2024. Before this Kristian held a range of roles within the Commission, the Australian Army, and the private sector.
