Trained in Psychology, Laura’s career began in Mental Health and Aged Care. She moved into Recruitment and Workforce consultancy 19 years ago, specialising in these sectors.

Her consultancy business was founded to meet the unique demands of our Aged & Community Care sector by providing end-to-end workforce solutions which enable organisations to improve attraction, engagement, retention and development of their workforce.
