Lesley is retired, following a career in Community Development, and Advocacy, encompassing areas of Domestic Violence, Community Aged Care and Citizen Advocacy.

She is a Home Care Package (HCP) Recipient and member of the National Older Persons Reference Group. Lesley is an Aged Care Consumer Champion with a keen interest in holding aged care service providers to account and supporting the right for seniors to be given genuinely valued roles in the design and implementation of all aspects of Aged Care Services. She is a strong supporter of Self Management of HCP, and provider of support and information to recipients of HCP.
