Lesley Woolf is an experienced Registered Nurse and Midwife with extensive experience in primary and public health, health development, and community-based healthcare, with a particular focus on working alongside Aboriginal organisations.

Lesley holds postgraduate qualifications in Nursing Administration, Nursing Studies, Public Policy, Organisational Psychology, Perinatal Mental Health, and Project Management. She also holds Master’s degrees in Nursing and International Management and is an accredited Mediator.

Throughout her career, Lesley has worked across diverse health settings, including Aboriginal health services and international health environments, including the Western Province of Papua New Guinea. In her role as Manager Health & Community Services at Mala’la Health Service Aboriginal Corporation, Lesley is committed to strengthening culturally responsive healthcare, supporting community wellbeing, and improving health outcomes through collaborative and community-led approaches.
