Louise has held executive positions in hospitals and aged care groups. Louise’s experience includes developing innovative approaches to service delivery and funding models, and the evaluation of service and program models.
In 2020 Louise was approached to help implement the Victorian Aged Care Taskforce in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Louise has expert skills in business analysis, strategic planning and improving business operations
Louise’s Information Management qualifications have enabled Ideal to develop a robust suite of analytic and forecasting tools for the senior’s service sector.
Louise commenced her career as a Registered Nurse and holds a Masters of Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma in Information Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Nursing).
