Madelyn Dupriez began her journey with Twilight Aged Care in March 2020 as an Administration Officer, working closely with residents, families, and staff to support the operations of the facility. In 2021, she moved into the Human Resources team providing support within various roles and now serves as Acting Human Resources Manager. Madelyn brings her in home experience, deep commitment to staff wellbeing and organisational values into her newly appointed leadership role.
Madelyn recently completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (QUT) and aspires for future study in Medicine. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she discovered a genuine passion for aged care, inspired by the unique opportunity the sector provides to make meaningful contributions to people’s lives.
She is extremely grateful for the opportunity to step into a leadership role at Twilight, an organisation with a proud history of female leadership, and is committed to carrying forward its values both within the workplace and more broadly across the aged care sector.
