Until 2022, Mark was CEO and Company Secretary at Warrigal, an award winning charity aged care, home care and retirement living provider across NSW and ACT. Prior to that he worked for the NSW Government in various regional and state management roles in the areas of child protection and disability services.
Mark is an inaugural Director of the Aged and Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA), after being a National Board Member, NSW/ACT State Director and Illawarra Regional Chair of a pre-curser to ACCPA, the Aged and Community Services Association (ACSA).
He is currently consulting to the Community Industry Group on Health Hospital and Aged Care interface issues and is also a company member of the Community Industry Group, Southern Youth and Family Services and The Housing Trust. He also provides advisory consulting to various NFP org including CEO mentoring.
With a focus on organisations for vulnerable people he specialises in strategic planning, workforce challenges, organisational culture, customer access and engagement and sustainable innovation. Mark has held various governance roles as Chair of the Boards of Cedars Christian College, Lighthouse Church and Lighthouse Community Care, and Das4Kids as well as various business, charity and government board and committee positions.
