With a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting and Marketing, Michelle began her career as a tax accountant before founding her consultancy business, which provided support to small businesses across various industries. She adeptly balanced her consultancy with a part-time role as St Basil’s CFO for over 13 years, until her full-time appointment as Chief Executive in 2017.
Boasting over two decades of experience in the aged care sector, Michelle is exceptionally qualified to drive sector-wide change, which will require robust financial governance.
