Narelle currently leads operational policy and knowledge management teams in the Commission that provide staff with the guidance and instructions to perform their work.
A key focus of the teams has of course been preparing Commission staff to regulate under the new act.
Narelle’s previous roles include leading large service delivery teams in the social security and welfare sector, with a focus on vulnerable people in rural, regional and remote communities.
