Peter is the former Chief of Staff at Seven News Brisbane, A Senior Journalist and Producer, and a former Media Advisor, trainer and Corporate Speaker.

As Chief of Staff at Seven, Peter was responsible for the highest level of editorial judgement, coordinating all newsgathering, mentoring journalists, overseeing operations, social media and the day to day running of the Brisbane newsroom.

In the political sphere Peter played a key role as the Primary media Advisor for the Australian Labor party in the 2017 Queensland election. He also ran the Labor Party’s media campaign for the Brisbane City Council Lord mayor election in 2016.

In the corporate sector, Peter has worked with renowned agency Media Potential delivering media training and crisis management to private firms.

Peter journalism career spans Newspapers and television, after starting out at the Toowoomba chronicle.

He spent 15 years at Network Ten as a Senior Journalist and Anchor.
