Rohan is Chair of the Russell Kennedy board and partnership. He is also a Principal of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice and acts for privately owned businesses as well as various Australian and multi-national corporations and not-for-profit organisations.

He is an experienced commercial lawyer and works with clients to help them pursue their commercial objectives and manage legal risk in their businesses, including mergers and acquisitions transactions, strategic projects, corporate governance, contract negotiation, succession and legal compliance.

Rohan has been recognised as a Preeminent Health & Aged Care Lawyer in NSW in the 2025 Doyle’s Guide listing. Since 2022, he has been recognised by Best Lawyers for expertise in Corporate Law.
