Roulé Jones is Chief Executive Officer of Bethanie Group, positively changing residential aged care, retirement living, home care, and community services across Western Australian for over 70 years. As a modern legacy of community-driven action Bethanie combines adaptability, practicality, and a deep understanding of what matters most to older Australians and their families.

She believes the decades we gain should be lived with agency, autonomy, and dignity, and that aged care plays an important role in making that possible. Her leadership is grounded in a simple idea: that belonging brings meaning for the people in the Bethanie community, customers, families and employees.  Keeping customers and their experiences at the centre of decision-making, service design, and innovation is central to her approach to progress.

With a background as a Chartered Accountant and former CFO, Roulé brings commercial discipline alongside a focus on sustained, incremental improvement, recognising that lasting change is built over time.
