Roule brings a strong leadership focus on growing a sustainable business, and leads the organisation in providing the highest level of strategic direction, and leadership.

As Bethanie’s previous Chief Financial Officer, Roulé brings a financial advisory lens to the development of the Bethanie strategy along with the treasury function to enable growth and commercial insights to improve business performance.

Prior to joining Bethanie, Roulé was Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Orbital UAV (ASX: OEC) where she has been instrumental in the strategy to transition to an aerospace manufacturer.

Roulé is a Chartered Accountant with international experience across varying industries in financial management, strategic planning, risk management, audit and governance.
