Sandra Cook is the Branch Manager of Connected Care at the Australian Digital Health Agency. Sandra started her career as an Exercise Physiologist where she provided front line care to patients in the private and public systems in the ACT. She moved in to delivering healthcare technology solutions in 2006 where she has been involved in delivering over 130 ICT projects for the ACT public health system.

Sandra was the Digital Health Record Program Director for the ACT which delivered a single digital health record across 3 public hospitals, 44 community centres, 5 nurse led walk in clinics and the justice health service. Over 250,000 Canberrans are active users of the patient portal connected to this system. Sandra is now responsible for connecting existing information across the health care sector at a national level through the Health Connect Australia program.
