Sarah Cromie is a seasoned executive leader with more than 28 years’ experience driving workforce transformation and operational excellence across the community services sector. Sarah is currently National Director, Operations – Aged Care at Life Without Barriers, a leading not-for-profit organisation committed to empowering older Australians to live independently with dignity and choice. In this role, Sarah leads a national operations team delivering quality in-home support to more than 5,000 clients, while driving strategic initiatives that align workforce structures with aged care reforms.

Her career includes senior roles at St Vincent de Paul Society, EACH, and Accenture, where Sarah has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage large-scale change, and build high-performing, values-driven workforces. With a foundation in health and human services, Sarah is known for her expertise in stakeholder engagement, strategic workforce planning, and fostering partnerships that drive sustainable growth and service innovation.
