Sarah is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a specialist in immigration law. She is a dynamic problem-solver, with a strong understanding of employer workforce management issues and an excellent record of success in securing work visas across all industries and occupation codes. Sarah manages negotiation of Aged Care Industry Labour Agreements and Designated Area Migration Agreements for our clients, and can guide clients step by step through these processes.
Sarah supports the team to address complex migration issues as they arise through meticulous research and planning. She provides easy-to-follow immigration strategy and compliance advice. With 17 years of immigration law experience in boutique and large law firms, she advises across all aspects of migration law and policy as a Director of Visa Executive.
Sarah is a skilled mentor and presenter on immigration matters and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law, Sydney. Sarah was admitted as a lawyer to the NSW Supreme Court in 2008, and High Court of Australia in 2009. She currently sits on the Regional Migration Advisory Committee for the Migration Institute of Australia.
