Care minutes – the challenges of meeting compliance
Having joined Geegeelup Village Inc. as General Manager in 2021 Sean is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional leading the small, independent, NFP aged care facility and retirement living association in Bridgetown. Sean’s background includes working on mine sites in Bolivia, investment banking in London, travelling the world including two years in West Africa and two years in Central and South America, plus commercial banking in Germany where he lived for ten years and met his partner with whom he now has two teenage children taking up most of his spare time. Sean is a straight talker. Honest and direct. Something he may have been born with but certainly refined whilst living in Germany. He is now a passionate defender of the aged care industry and the wonderful people who show every day their commitment to our older generations.
