Andie Moore is a Stakeholder Engagement and Policy Manager for Humanability, the Jobs and Skills Council for Australia’s care and support economy. Andie is a fierce advocate for the capacity and capability of the aged care and disability services sectors: developing, recognising and valuing the workforce’s skill, building consensus to strengthen the connection between quality jobs and improved outcomes. Andie’s experience spans policy and advocacy, higher education, research, government relations, workforce strategy and representation, having lead sector engagement with the NDIS Review, Royal Commission outcomes, the Apprenticeships Review, workplace health and safety and skills reform
