Adrian has been General Manager of Brisbane-based independent home care provider, Flexi Care, for nine years.  He was previously the Deputy CEO of Queensland’s Lutheran Services.  Prior to joining the aged care industry, Adrian worked in the disability and human resource fields.

Adrian is currently co-chair of Ageing Australia’s Queensland State Member Council and chairs the Queensland Home and Community Forum.  He is a regular contributor to aged care industry publications as well as an occasional podcast guest discussing home care issues.
