Alexandra Tsavasilis-Faull is an experienced senior executive with more than 15 years’ leadership experience across aged care, disability, community services, and health sectors. Her aged care experience spans Home Care, Residential Aged Care, and Retirement Living, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the sector and the evolving needs of older Australians.

As General Manager of GOC Care and former CEO of Finncare, Alexandra has led significant organisational transformation, strengthened governance and clinical quality systems, improved financial sustainability, and guided organisations through major sector reforms.

Alexandra is passionate about consumer-centred care, building high-performing teams, and translating strategy into practical outcomes that honour the contributions of older Australians, ensuring those who came before us are supported to age with dignity, respect, and choice.
