Danny Turner is the General Manager (Residential) at Harbison, where he leads operations across our Burradoo and Moss Vale homes. With over a decade of leadership experience spanning hospitality and healthcare, Danny is known for his people first, values driven approach and his ability to lead large, complex teams through change.
Since joining Harbison in 2019, Danny has played a key role in strengthening organisational culture, rebuilding team cohesion and driving operational excellence across clinical care, lifestyle, catering and infrastructure. His leadership has been shaped through periods of significant challenge, including bushfires, the COVID19 pandemic and ongoing sector reform experiences that have reinforced his focus on resilience, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Danny is passionate about integrating innovative technology with care to improve outcomes for our residents and staff. He has led Harbison’s implementation of the Nobi smart lighting system, an AI-enabled falls prevention solution that has significantly improved response times and resident safety. This work has been recognised internationally, with Harbison receiving three awards at the Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards 2026.
This year, Danny has been recognised as a Global Ageing Trailblazer for his leadership in driving innovation and meaningful change in aged care. He continues to champion a whole of organisation approach, bringing together care, quality, service and technology to deliver better experiences for residents, families and staff.
