I am a Registered Nurse and have worked in hospitals and aged care in a variety of roles, including extensive work in Quality, Risk and Assurance. I also worked for the Department of Health and Aged Care and in the Aged Care Complaints Scheme as a Commonwealth Nursing Officer for many years. For the last few years, I have worked as an Aged Care Advocate with Aged and Disability Advocacy Australia, and have recently stepped into the role of National Aged Care Advocacy Program (NACAP) Quality Officer.
