Felicity joined the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission when it established in 2019 bringing with her 20 years of Commonwealth public sector experience. Felicity has worked across program delivery, contact centres and regulation within the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, policy and research roles in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and Families and Community Services, as well as practicing as a lawyer. Protecting and enhancing the safety and quality of life of older Australians is the key driver for Felicity’s dedication to aged care. She is passionate about bringing people together to find practical solutions to problems people care about most. Felicity holds a Bachelor of Arts (Public Policy) from the Australian National University and a law degree from the Queensland University of Technology.
