Gina is a Principal in Russell Kennedy’s Corporate and Commercial team, specialising in all aspects of Cyber Security, Privacy, Data Protection and Information Technology.

Gina has significant technical expertise in structuring a range of software and technology agreements for both acquirers and suppliers of IT services and products. Gina also assists clients to navigate and resolve disputes with IT service providers. Gina regularly advises both public and private sector clients on their privacy and data protection obligations under relevant legislation, particularly as these relate to software applications and the collection of information via new technologies, such as artificial intelligence. Gina assists clients with assessing and mitigating the privacy impacts of new projects, and preparing for and dealing with the consequences of data breaches.

Gina is a director of Ally Law, an international network of law firms, and chair of the Russell Kennedy Women’s Network.
