For the past 30+ years, Jacqui has been measuring, synthesising, and presenting the results of Organisational Culture and Employee Engagement Surveys. Jacqui is a recognised expert in this field.

With a background in health, since 1995 Jacqui has overseen 3,000+ survey projects at BPA (employees/workforce, client/ patient, partner and stakeholder surveys), a dataset which now contains the views of over 1 million respondents.

• how to interpret their results. Jacqui is the lead consultant in presenting the results to Boards, Executive Teams, Managers, and employees on the dynamics of Employee Engagement, Leadership & Values, sharing evidence-based insights drawn from the BPA database.
