Mimi Roach is a Director, Provider Registration at the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. She leads a national team responsible for provider registration renewal activities under the Aged Care Act 2024, as well as engagement with First Nations aged care providers.
Mimi has held leadership roles in the Commission across quality assessment, operational policy, quality assurance, audit and provider registration. Before moving into regulation, she worked in clinical and management roles across residential aged care and hospital settings. She holds qualifications in nursing, nursing research and health administration, bringing practical aged care sector experience alongside a strong understanding of aged care regulation and reform.
