Susanne is an experienced Director in the Human Services sector, with a career spanning business creation, scale, and strategic transformation in highly regulated environments. She is the Franchise Owner and Director of Just Better Care Brisbane North and Brisbane Outer North, where she has grown the brand into a multi-million dollar, client-focused home care operation.

Joining the Just Better Care network in 2014 following leadership roles in the not-for-profit disability and aged care sectors, Susanne has deep operational and strategic expertise. After 12 years in the business, she has transitioned to a Director-led focus on governance, performance, and long-term value creation.

Her work centres on business optimisation, leadership capability, and sustainable service delivery, supporting organisations navigating complexity and reform. Drawing on formal training in neuroscience, alongside postgraduate qualifications in management, organisational leadership, marketing and finance, she brings a practical, evidence-informed approach to people performance and leadership.
