Tracey is an experienced executive leader with a significant background across healthcare, aged care, and government sectors. A registered nurse with qualifications including Pg Diploma Business, MBA, AICD Diploma focusing on management and business, she is known for leading complex organisations, strengthening governance, and delivering sustainable improvements in quality, compliance, and financial performance.

Now Chief Executive Officer of Good Shepherd Lodge Ltd in Mackay the largest aged care provider in the region, Tracey has led large workforces and multimillion-dollar operations, consistently improving outcomes for consumers and organisations alike. She is currently Director on the Benevolent Living Board and previously served on the Nursing and Midwifery Board (AHPRA), including as Chair of the Registration Committee, contributing to national regulatory standards and professional governance.
