A former Deloitte Partner and co-founder of GLASS Consulting later acquired by a Big Four firm. Wayne has more than 26 years’ experience leading strategy, technology and business transformation across government, health and enterprise. He has completed executive education at Harvard Business School, extended his education with an MBA from the Australian Institute of Management, and was recognised by the Courier-Mail as one of Australia’s Most Influential Tech Entrepreneurs (2026). Today, Wayne helps organisations understand first and then adopt AI responsibly, with a focus on using technology to augment human care, improve wellbeing and create better outcomes for people and communities.
